The kitchen at The Spinney, our home in Stratford, is small, and I mean "European Small." As the boxes were unpacked, I quickly realized how limited the space is. In fact, I have about four large boxes I've left packed because there's just no where to put the stuff. December's banner shows just a fraction of what has to fit!
I know how to fix this though. I will have to get seriously organized and draw up a plan that shows exactly where everything goes and I know I'll have to make a trip to IKEA to get some cubbies and shelves and whatever it takes to find a place for normal sized dinner plates. Yes, my wall cabinets are less than 10 inches deep.
Ah, what a wonderful way to spend the holidays. If I can just find my graph paper and pencils I'll be in business.
